Food storage and supplies.
Food storage is an essential part of preparation. Without a proper food store you will quickly lose effectiveness and safety. Each person needs to evaluate their situation and capacity to get a measure of their needs.
Do you have a food reserve built up that can feed each member of your house for a time?
Is it 72hrs? 1 week? 2 weeks?
Do you have a good reserve for your pet?
Do you have a water supply or ability to filter water to meet the consumption needs of your family?
Can you cook food if power or gas become unstable or are down?
Are the goods you have ready to be transported to a secondary location if your home becomes unsafe?
These are just some thing you should spend time thinking about and listing out today.

There is going to be a hand to hand Self Defense workshop on Tuesday the 17th from 7pm - 9 pm. It is being taught by a martial arts school specialized in hand to hand defense.
Cost is $30
Payment can be made in cash or via Venmo.
