Today you should learn the NATO phonetic alphabet. The phonetic alphabet is used during voice communications in the phone or radio to improve communication. It is particularly helpful when noise or static are present in either end.
You don’t need to say “D as in Dog”. You simply say the word and everyone who’s learned it knows to take the first letter.
So today, spend 1-2 minutes reviewing the chart below. Then spend 3-5 minutes saying the phonetic alphabet without looking at it. You can also practice while you’re driving or walking. The more you do it the more it becomes second nature.

There is going to be a hand to hand Self Defense workshop on Tuesday the 17th from 7pm - 9 pm. It is being taught by a martial arts school specialized in hand to hand defense.
